A Message from the President

Many individuals, businesses, religious communities and even other foundations have contributed year after year to our fundraising campaigns and activities. As a result, the Foundation has been able to contribute more than twenty (20) million dollars that have been allocated directly to palliative home-care. And that's not all! The Foundation pursues its humanitarian work and continues to appeal to the generosity of our community to help the Palliative Home-Care Society of Greater Montreal to care for approximately 1,200 patients and their families annually.

If you would like to make a donation to the Palliative Home-Care Society of Greater Montreal to help improve the quality of life of the terminally ill, you can donate in various ways.

The Palliative Home Care Society Foundation (the "Foundation") is committed to protecting the personal information of its donors. The Foundation collects and uses personal information only to disseminate information and to raise funds for the improvement and delivery of palliative home care. It does not sell or lease your personal information to any company or person and does not exchange data of any kind with anyone. For mobile donations, the donor can unsubscribe from the wireless donation program at any time by texting STOP or ARRÊT. The Foundation conducts these activities in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Any questions or comments on the policies and practices of the Foundation should be addressed to info@fsspad.ca.

IN MEMORIAM Donation

You can send your condolences to the family and loved ones of a person who has recently passed by making a donation in their honor or memory.

In lieu of flowers, you can make an In Memoriam donation by requesting that we advise the family of your donation or by requesting our In memoriam cards at the funeral home.

Organise an event for us

You can organize a fundraising event to benefit the Foundation by completing the attached form. Examples: Golf Tournament, Marathon or sporting challenge, Bowl-a-thon, etc.

A charitable tax receipt will be issued for donations over 25$.
